Terms and Conditions

1. STUDIO USE

KC LOFT Studio is a content, photography, and creative studio located in Pretoria East. The studio may be used only for lawful purposes, including photography, videography, content creation, and related creative work. Any other use must be approved in writing by KC LOFT Studio.

2. BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made through the official KC LOFT Studio booking platform. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed or a valid voucher has been applied. Unpaid or incomplete bookings do not reserve studio time.

Bookings are available Monday to Saturday between 09h00 and 17h00. The studio is closed on Sundays and public holidays unless otherwise agreed.

3. PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payment must be made in full before the booking is confirmed. Accepted payment methods include card payments and valid voucher codes where applicable.

KC LOFT Studio reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS

Voucher codes are subject to availability, expiry dates, and redemption limits. Vouchers may only be used once unless stated otherwise and have no cash value. If a voucher covers the full booking amount, it will be treated as a successful payment.

First-time client promotions are offered in exchange for social media exposure and tagging of KC LOFT Studio. Failure to provide agreed exposure may result in future bookings being restricted.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations must be communicated in advance. KC LOFT Studio reserves the right to apply cancellation or rescheduling policies, which may include forfeiture of payment depending on notice given.

No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded. Studio time is charged from the original booking start time, not from the time of arrival.

6. STUDIO RULES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for the conduct of all persons attending the booking. The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damage, breakage, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the client.

KC LOFT Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment or belongings.

7. CONTENT AND LIABILITY

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, releases, or licenses for content created at the studio. KC LOFT Studio is not liable for how content is used after the booking.

KC LOFT Studio shall not be held liable for injury, loss, or damages sustained while using the studio, except where required by law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, logos, website content, and platform content belonging to KC LOFT Studio may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. PRIVACY

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing bookings, communication, and studio operations. KC LOFT Studio does not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required for payment processing or by law.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

KC LOFT Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion if studio rules are violated, false information is provided, or misuse of the space is suspected.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

KC LOFT Studio may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the booking platform or studio constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
